A buddy in my unit just got back a month ago from Afghanistan and he had acus but another guy got back last year and had multicam it's just the luck of the draw really personally I'd rather have better equipment and stick with acus than them spend the money on MC.

Just because they wear the 1st ID doesn't mean they are they might just fall under them and if your in a FOB and it's attacked all you have to have is a IBA on you could be in your boxers if your fobs under attack you throw your IBA on and shoot. Ass for the gear...they wasted a lot of money to look...

Yea that shorts and a Peq box gets fried you might be screwd if you need a IR laser for air support or let friendlies know where you are.
