Tiger111HK is one of your average Hong Kong dealers with lots of hard to fin ACM parts for ridiculously low prices, much like RSOV. I've ordered from them twice before, and haven't had any problem. They ship quickly and pack the items well. I'm currently awaiting the arrival of a third order from them and will give info on it as soon as it arrives. Over all, I'd give them 8 out of 10 points, as their web-site is not very well designed and usually takes a VERY long time to load.
