Classic Army M15A4 Sportline

Post by GARRETT » Fri Oct 09, 2009 3:34 pm

The Classic Army M15A4 Sportline.
Original retail cost: $124.99 and up
I paid: $110.00
- Sportline Version with a high quality ABS plastic body
- Easy Disassembly Body
- Licensed ARMALITE Logo
- High Torque High Speed Motor
- Metal Barrel, Flash Hider, Side Front Sling Mount, and Front Sight
- Metal Hi-Cap Magazine (300Rd)
- Fully Functioning Collapsing Rear Stock
- Metal Working Cocking Handle and Bolt Cover
- Removable Carry Handle with Metal Rear Sight
- One Piece Metal Barrel
- Barrel Length: 363mm
- Inner Barrel Diameter: 6.08mm
- Stock Muzzle Velocity: 338fps with 0.20g bb’s

Pros:
All in all this is a great gun especially for the price. Even though the body is ABS, it is very durable. Weighing in at a mere 5 pounds it is very easy to move quickly with it in hand. The gun originally was 32.9 inches long, after my conversion it is currently right at 42 inches. With a .28g bb I am hitting a target at 100ft with a three inch spread pattern on semi. And about a 6 inch spread pattern on full auto.

Cons:
Other than the lower fps in a stock gun, and eventually a broken tooth on the sector gear, I have found nothing about this gun that I didnt like.
Here is what it looked like when I purchased it.

Sounds like a great gun, where did you buy it?
Now, I once heard some bull crap about me wanting to take dumps on people's lawns, and I can personally assure you, this is true.

I got one new on eBay. You can also buy them on airsoft retailer websites like Evike.com and Airsoft GI.

I got this gun from Black Fox several months back. Has been a great airsoft gun, and with a few minor upgrades can reach some nice distances.
