hey guys i was trying to load my mag the other day and the spring sliped off my finger and slamed shut and i cant pull it down now does anybody know how to fix this

It looks like the plastic part that pushes the BBs up was pushed down into the spring. Remove the bottom plate to slide the spring out and reinsert the plastic piece on top of the spring.
