MisterMike's M4A1

Post by MisterMike » Wed Aug 27, 2014 7:07 pm

I know the photo's a little grainy, but here's my baby:

Image

That's a WE Tech M4 with a JG 12.5" rail, a Phantom 1-4x scope (replica Elcan, waaay cheaper than the real deal), a Matrix Taclight, a mock suppressor, and a G&P battery case/laser pointer thing (it actually does both!). Anyway, it looks super long...because it is. It's set up pretty much like my M4. My current plans for it are to paint all of the attachments a matte tan/dark earth color, and to get some better, hi-res pictures of it for viewing.

Only thing I could say to do to it is get some tan ladder type rail covers. Other than that it looks great.

I have a pressure switch on my real one connected to the LA-5 (PEQ-15), and it's hundo taped to the rail system on top, so I'll be adding that too soon. I also rock a two point sling, but I have to get one for my airsoft gun. And, in response to specter, I've never personally favored rail covers; i like the metal rails, both for extra traction and simply just for the feel of the metal. The only time it starts to suck is after a day at a Fort Benning range in the summertime; then your weapon can burn your hand before you even start shooting!
