Ghost projects, toys, and other Airsoft related..

Post by jsts ghost » Wed Jun 20, 2012 11:56 am

Since work has been super slow, I have brought some items to work to mod, work on, or just to get silly with.

This is my TSD SD97. It was bought with "pre-upgrades" already installed. The first two things modified was hop up unit and 6.01 barrel. Other than that it shoot great. 550 with .20 right out of the box. But I wanted a pop to the outside. So I cut the outer barrel off 6 inches, JB Weld the suppressor adaptor on it. Without losing any inner barrel length, this is what I have.

More will be coming.
Any feedback is wanted. Good, bad, but not stupid.

Well I got bored when I got home. I went to my part bins, and decided on making a cqb 330 fps with .20g m4. The base is a G&G Raider body, using G&G gearbox, gears, modify piston head and cylinder head. Madbull barrel with 3 and 1 hopup unit, it fires right at 326 fps.
Wired to the front with a PEQ box.
Going to break it in this Saturday.

Oh you are correct. That was in the car charging. That Surefire is what I use on my shotgun. It was the lazy way of showing the light combo.

Edit: Next project ics m4 s-system with two "bolts" one CQB other field. Any thoughts on ICS?

Pretty good, I don't like the split gearbox design though, but, its not bad. They make excellent MP5s
