Not quite custom but I did take it from a stock s-system to this:

Added a homemade suppressor, acog, swapped the stock, buffer tube, and ring thing that I can now use a one point sling on. Did all the painting by myself.
The suppressor took the longest, I have it set up to where it is slid on and clamped around the front sight/gas block instead of threading it, this allows me to keep the 14.5 (standard m4 carbine length) barrel under it. I dremmeled out the slots so it fit around the sight and drilled all the holes in it for a touch of realism. Lastly I spray painted it to match the stock and them clamped it on. It fits quite securely with no wobble.

what is realistic about drilling a bunch of holes in the tube of a silencer

that would create a hell of a fireball and noise... the exact opposite of what a suppressor is supposed to do

His point is that the dimples are a feature of the real suppressor; they are not supposed to be holes.
