MATTHEWS Tactical (matTtac)

Post by Matthews » Wed Sep 12, 2012 1:43 am

Here is a little of my Custom Fabricated Tactical Gear.
Just a hobby of mine with airsoft is trying replicate my own gear using genuine issiued material and cheap everyday solutions in the absence of commercial products or in the event they are too expensive.

Some of my products have seen service in the SOCOM/SOF Community in A-Stan and Elite Training Organizations around the country.
Here is a little of my work so far:

You want that one in the middle?
eh?
eh?

It is waiting on a Malice Clip or two but it is really solid for AR mags and a 9mm double stack or speed loader.
I patterned it using real-steel so it is quite secure!

MatTtac "RDOC" Banger Holster
Image

The RDOC (Rapid Deployment Ordinance Clip) is designed to provide quick access to Bangers and Distraction Devices from all angles while providing secure retention and using the smallest MOLLE footprint on your gear.
Each Clip is fashioned out of .062 Double Layer Kydex and fastened to you MOLLE system via 3" Malice Clips which take up a single column of 2 row webbing (1x2 molle footprint).

Introducing the MatTtac "QRAP" Panel
The QRAP Panel (Quick Release Assault Panel) is a direct copy of the LBT 2586j:
http://lbtinc.com/media/images/attachments/2586J.pdf

I wanted one in Multicam but I didn't feel like paying the LBT price, especially to cut it up and modify it for my Polarstar Regulator. So this is what I came up with:

It allows me to carry up to (7) 5.56mm mags up front with a tall radio pouch on each side.
It also allows me to use my LBT 6094a with no pouches and the more comfortable elastic cummerbund.
More comfort = More mobility and Less fatigue.

It also cleans up the front face of my PC making a prone position more comfortable and less inhibiting in tight quarters.
The Panel contains a 4-cell 5.56mm mag insert and two elastic side release straps for rapid don/doff.

Need to get you a red tip tourniquet, the black tips aren't used anymore. Snap after too long in the heat. I'll bring an extra back from here, pass em out like candy.

The newest Batch of Matthew's Tactical Banger Clips have come and gone.
I'm doing my best to keep up with demand but at $20 a piece these thing sell out as soon as I make em.

Image

Some of the new improvements on the Gen2 RDOC (Rapid Deployment Ordinance Clip) include:
-Superior material lends greater structural rigidity and strength to the clip
-Lighter and smaller saves molle real estate and saves half the weight of the previous kydex material.
-Single piece molded "Boltron" construction makes for a straight forward utilitarian piece of gear.
-Stronger, Tighter, Cleaner, Lighter.... what more could you want for the price!

Pluto says, "Frag Out!"

These Gen2 RDOC's are the same price as the previous models at $20/unit
Same MOLLE real estate and Malice Clip mount for modularity.

Next batch ready to order in a week!
Reserve yours now...

My wife thinks airsoft is pretty stupid, but she was looking over my shoulder at these pics and said she was impressed by your work. :)
