Ah, but I can't very well tip my hand now, can I? I'll let some things slip as the game gets closer and some things are firmed up, but there's plenty that won't be known until it happens.

Hey guys, Team Hellfish member here. If you're looking for a kit to wear to the game, or to supplement your kit with some new pieces, have a look at my thread in the for sale forum, or my post on the OP's facebook page. I have a lot of good stuff, pretty cheap, too. I have a lot of stuff collected over the years and I am looking to sell it. Check it out and PM me if interested.

Would a m249 SAW be too out of place?

Might attend with the ODA Teams, will more than likely run US, possibly as Australian with SAS kit.

That'd be great. The 'US' Company is already assumed to be a mixed unit due to tiger+OD etc, so I have no problem with other NATO units, so long as all the stated requirements are still met. I hope you all can make it!

Change 1, We are running VC/NVA, about time we run the bad guys at an event.

Breaking out the black pajamas and AK, along with the RPG-2 and B-40 rockets.

Any chance I can run a Thompson SMG as a VC? According to wikipedia (which in turn cited Charles H. Smith. "History of the Thompson submachine gun") "The Viet Cong liked the weapon, and used both captured models as well as manufacturing their own copies in small jungle workshops.", so i figured it'd be alright, and I would like to be able to run VC (they only have one guy so far, seems like they could use the numbers) without getting a new gun.

Sure you can, according to the faction requirements, there are no gun models precluded from use.

Well gents. The player I typically run with as a sniper squad will be out of town for this one. So, if anyone is interested in some stealth objectives, let me know if you'd like to be a spotter.

I'll probably be in ghillie for this one, so not my standard DMR role of "my gun shoots further than yours".

Don't expect a ton of action.

Does this officially open the forum up for "Luke, I am your spotter" jokes?

Would a Echo1 m28 be close enough to an M40 to be semi period?
