Team Rogue Ops was started a few months ago by three guys with an itchy trigger finger. There are still only three members to this team but we have built this team with the desire to play, have fun, the power of combined combat training, but not so much the power in numbers. When we show up to a game we show 100% determination and you can count on all of us being there. We are open to recruiting if anyone is interested. We as a team run and operate together in the strong belief that communication, understanding of each other, and a strong belief in the old saying "slow is smooth, smooth is fast".
Another thing that we based our team on was the fact that everyone can do everything. We all collectively have enough guns to support just about any scenario thrown at us. The point behind that is so that even if someone for example is the support gunner for a game, if he goes down, any one of us could take his spot on the fly and it be like that for all positions on the field. Also, the structure of our team is strongly dependent on everyone having a say in what goes on. Everyone's vote matters and that is just another way for us all to stay friends and operate so greatly together on the field! That being said, we also keep in close contact with each other off the field, and have succeeded in establishing a great friendship amongst each other, so needless to say the dependability is there within the team.
