There is a well established systems for medics and hits in real mil's. I have seen various medic rules in milsim games, but band aid's aren't going to work for many reason's. I personally think use what you like, if someone else uses mid caps, out gun them, but be wary: Their guns will almost 90% of the time be more accurate. My 2 cents

Outgunning someone is always a tricky thing. I don't use higcaps simply because I hate having to wind them, and I don't like the rattling when I'm sneaking through the woods. Hicaps are never allowed at a realmil.

I think it would be great fun to run as a sniper at a milsim game. A VSR-10 or clone would do wonders at somewhere for say: IRENE?
