The only major failing of the Surefire clones from HK is the tailcap switches. I wouldn't recommend one if you're planning on using it as a standalone light with the tailcap switch, but tehy are great for pressure switch applications. I use this light for every day carry along with rechargeable 18650 batteries; Vesper and Dominum can attest to how bright it is, how far it throws, and how inexplicably fun it is to use.

As far as a dedicated weapon light goes, I'd recommend a Ultrafire WF-501B or C (powered by 2 or 3 CR123s respectively), a decent LED module, and a pressure pad.

Well Gentleman and Ladies(?)... The time has come for me to leave for a year and serve our wonderful country. I wish and pray for the best in everyone and hope to come home next April and meet new faces in the airsoft world. Thank you for everything and I can't wait to sling bbs with all of you!

Stay safe man.

On a side note, I discovered that onions, potatoes, and apples taste the same when you plug your nose....

Romba, as for the opinion questions, there are no right or wrong answers; (Most of the time) and as such, it is up to you to decide.  As long as your not head to toe covered in paintball jersies, I think you are good to go. Oh, and no, I dont think a Coyote Ammo Pouch on a Tan Plate carrier would be particularly hideous.
Airsoft is like procreating, you dont have to be good at it to enjoy it.
