Honestly, you might want to postpone this game and go to the SC vs. GA game at the Airfarm this weekend.
I am the brother of Marpat96...we look just alike.

Yes I know, I don't think any of my group's going. I'm not playing any airsoft this weekend, I had a death in the fam and have a lot to do.

I see no distinction between your night rules, and your regular rules, is this the case?

I also see no mention anywhere in your rules about MEDs, does this mean players can fire on anyone at any distance regardless of the Joules they impart?

Why don't you use the statewide standard; AOSC game rules?

Night rules are the same. We cap AEG FPS at 450, our MED is not dictated by the joules of the weapon. We just have a safety kill distance but it's closer than the 50ft that I believe is set by the AOSC. The rules don't differ very much i believe. We don't require a green team and tan team and our medic rules differ only in medic must tie dead tags around the downed player

Alright... then what are your MED rules? I see none whatsoever. From what I read, a player may shoot someone as close as they wish on full auto at 450 FPS w.20gs.

This statement would indicate that you have never read our safety kill rule, because this is incorrect. The AOSC rules differ greatly from those linked, in many respects.

Standard AOSC game rules do not include anything concerning medics. Also, maybe I missed it, but I don't see anything in those rules about medics tying tags on dead players?

Ah, our rules need to be amended and redone. It seems they are not clear enough and have some glaring gaps. Advice is welcomed and accepted, it would be far easier to just use AOSC rules. It also seems it would make outside players feel much more comfortable. If not clearly stated I'm a liaison between my group and everyone else, I apologize for anything that's sketchy and unclear. I really want to make anyone interested in playing with us at our field comfortable and confident that nothing ridiculous will happen. Changes will be coming soon, thanks everyone!!

I understand. Hopefully the questions I posed will help you all. Indeed, simply using the standard statewide ruleset would probably be the easiest route, and would mean that those who attended would already be used to the rules, assuming they've played almost anywhere else in SC. When you get a chance, you may also want to post up some pictures of the field. These two things would certainly influence my possible attendance, sometimes I get a Sunday without much to do and I might would make the trip up with some friends.
