Fulda Gap 2012 FPS New Rules
Fulda Gap will have a new 400fps rule for .25's this year. This is different from previous years, there will be no allowance for guns that shoot harder than 400fps with .25s. There will be sniper/ DSM allowances but they will be handed out by the Generals. Make sure you bring a gun that will shoot i...

Re: Fulda Gap 2012 - Warsaw Pact, 120th Guard Divison
Slick, I just preregistered all of Cane Brake for Warsaw. I think I may have signed up for Infantry but we will be with you. We lost Fetter to the real army so it should be 4 of us. PM me if you need any specific skillsets, our youngest member is 16 but his old man is an ex- Army 3rd SF Sgt. He is p...

Re: Fulda Gap
Thanks, I just checked and it will be the weekend after Irene, we may not be there depending on how tired everyone is from driving to and from Indiana.

Re: Fulda Gap
Anyone know the dates? We are going to Irene X this year and it will be on October 5-7. We will try to make it to Fulda if they don't coincide.

Re: Ghilli suit and side arm
Sorry for the late reply but work has intruded. Most of the guys I know who snipe run a drop leg holster of one type or another. My son and I prefer Blackhawk Serpa holsters. Look a Airsoft Atlanta, also Academy Sports in Greenville or Spartanburg has quite a few. I end up using my sidearm a lot mor...

Funeral for PFC Justin Whitmire
Several members of our airsoft team attended a funeral for a fallen soldier today. We stood on the lines with members of the Patriot Guard to insure the family of PFC Justin Whitmire could have a respectful service without any disturbances by the idiots from the Westboro Church. This is the group th...

Re: Camo: Discussion, rants, raves, bashing, hating, braggin
LOL . The average 14 year old has the attention span of a fruit fly so if you sit still for a while they will forget you are there. I killed about 10 guys from the same spot in the DMZ at Fulda 2010 using this method.

Re: Camo: Discussion, rants, raves, bashing, hating, braggin
I think the pattern is not as important as how much moving you do. The human eye is set up to detect movement in 1/60th of a second intervals. That means if you can normally turn your head 90 degrees in 1-2 seconds ,it should take 15-20 seconds to turn it if you want to avoid detection. I am willing...

Patches Sewn
Does anyone know of a good patch sewing business close to the upstate? I used Butler Patch last time and the patches were ok but it took forever to get them. Thanks guys.

Re: OP24-3
I have NV and use it at night games but Raymondj hit the nail on the head. With a $45.00 Streamlight Scorpion LED
light you can really disorient a dude with a $3000.00 set of NODs. Just have a teammate key on the light and shoot whomever you illuminate.

Re: The end of SB798?
Good to hear it. But they are right, the politicians never stop and they never let up. Common sense is a virtue none of them have. We might try to get the NRA in on this, they seem to be the only lobby that scares all the "doo gooders"
