This is all arguing semantics anyway, but you can't define the P90 based on the Five-seveN because the P90 (and 5.7mm round) came out almost a decade before the Five-seveN. If anything the pistol is designed to shoot an intermediary PDW round. However, the Five-seveN did have some impact on the P90...

The setup for Boost is a bit different between mobile and desktops processors, and there are a few differences with the newer Boost 2.0. However, you can have Turbo Boost on more than one core, dependent upon active cores, TDP, etc.

If he doesn't have anything but the stock cooler, he shouldn't be overclocking at all. That's asking for problems. I assume since he said overclocking, hes running an aftermarket fan or liquid set up, and with that, I would think 10% is being way too conservative. Depends really. A slight overclock...

Haswell is notorious for getting hot, so without a sufficient cooler, 10% OC might be all he can manage.
