M4 Re-wire to the rear

Post by rack0730 » Thu Jul 01, 2010 7:26 pm

Pretty self explanatory, I need to get my M4 re-wired to the rear and I was just wondering who all does it and how much it would cost if I didn't have to get new wires and if I did need to get new wires. Thanks!!

That we could! I'd PM Grim to get his price, but mine is $30 for labor if that is all that is needed. That's the $25 standard in-gearbox labor price, plus the extra $5 for installing wiring. You should either buy a high quality rearwire kit for ARs, or I can custom wire it (leaving the contacts in, taking out the old wire, and soldering in new better quality wire). I charge an extra $10 for the custom wire.

So:
-You provide a wiring kit (don't get a cheap one), $30 total for labor.
-I custom wire it, $40 total for parts and labor.

Due to my primary job taking up much of my time at the moment, (I have been working 12-16 hour days), I have had to put my airsoft business on hold and I am not taking any tech work at the moment. However, I have seen the quality of Dominum's work and I am very impressed by it. If I wasn't able to do the work myself, I would take my guns to him. His prices are very reasonable, and are about the same as I would charge.

Possibly, not sure yet. As far as time, it depends on the orders in front of you at the time. I can't really estimate it until I get your gun and know what order it is in.
