personally i would love to have that holster. the release button and the solid holster with a qd just seems utterly awesome.

i will agree that g-code is probally the best but when you dont have 80 bucks to invest in your drop leg platform you take what you can afford

When your primary goes down or you have to rely on your secondary for any of the innumerable reasons in which such would be the case, that'll be the best 80 bucks you've spent when your life(s) is on the line in a "combat" situation.*

It's also ridiculously comfortable, stable, ergonomic, and best of all it keeps your mags locked in place where they should be!

All I know is in the years that I ran my $30 safariland 6004 knockoff it never once unlatched itself or made me drop my pistol. For my real steel CCW holsters I use kydex and leather with no extra retention but for an external combat holster the old school Safariland thumb break is hard to beat.

safariland sucks enough that the chinese knockoffs are probably better quality.
