How much have you wasted on airsoft?
Re: How much have you wasted on airsoft?
I would say around $2000 total on gear and guns. Not to mention gas, food, and entry fee for games for the past 5 1/2 years

Re: How much have you wasted on airsoft?
Wasted?
$180 on a Maruzen M870 Pump Shotgun that was worthless in just about every aspect (shells held up to 10 bbs and shots had a mindblowing range of about 10 ft, pump action so had to pick up shells, broke the stock after a few games, garbage!). But it looked cool as hell.
As far as money spent on something I enjoy(ed) doing?
I'd say upwards of $3000 spent on gear, guns, games, etc over the time period of 05-09. Looking to update the armory soon, my wallet is already crying![Evil ](./images/smilies/evil.gif)

Re: How much have you wasted on airsoft?
SRC M4 $70(As far as I can guess it was mispriced in the store. I bought it not knowing what it was before I got into the AOSC)
S&T Tavor $100(Brand new and working like a champ, mystery boxes FTW!)
"Blackops" Lancer M4 $100
Elite Force 1911 $100
CYMA AKM $75(Got it used on here, missing a screw in the stock. I truly regret screwing over the externals and giving it away)
Echo1 M14 $200(Another one I regret getting rid of)
Classic Army M14 Traded for the E1 with plans of building a DMR. Just never came together.
Echo1 AMD-65 $200 My current baby.
Echo1 MP5 $40 This is my loaner/beater. Got it when Wellford started liquidating their rentals.
I'm planning a project for an HPA powered boltie, but I'm also saving up for a car and a gaming PC, so we'll see.

Re: How much have you wasted on airsoft?
I have spent a good amount(too much to count), but can you really put a price on the fun I have had, the friendships I have made, and the overall satisfaction I have got from the game? I can't, it is priceless to me. So for that reason, I spend whatever I want to.
