Echo 1 Stepping their game up

Post by theboss62 » Tue Feb 08, 2011 1:09 pm

I have watched a couple videos of Echo 1 stepping their game up. They are coming out with a support weapon with a quick change spring and mosfet set standard. I was really excited about this..

I want two of them! it is an AEG not gas. They are also coming out with some cool sniper rifles and 8mm gearboxes. I was impressed. Echo 1 isn't gonna be in the category with a Jing Gong anymore. Seems like they are and have been trying to get in the market of higher end AEGs.

Echo1 leads the way in innovation and quality.  It's likely that their airsoft TEC-9 will be of better build quality than Intratec's.  This is a great gun for "at risk" teenagers to use to get into the sport!

Just about every SAW and M60 (aside from the Inokatsu with it's Version 3) support weapon has a quick change spring already.

As far as the Tec-9... LOL! It will very likely be an AEP.

Haha, they're calling it the GAT...General Assault Tool. Perfect for gangstahs, maybe I can get one with Homeboy Night Sights on it.

Gotta make sure you hold it sideways too.

I wouldn't be surprised if they installed the hopup 90 degrees to one side to accommodate for that.

Honestly though, I'm probably as likely to buy an E1 as I am to buy a Kia, regardless of how much they're 'stepping their game up'.  First impressions last forever.

That's what the Homeboy sights are for.  ;)

I can't remember if it was E1, but some company that made the GAT put the battery.. in the magazine. How would that work?

Precisely that. Most definitely not a Echo1 GAT, but just as useless. :P

On the flipside, the new Echo1 XCR looks quite interesting. It has a whole new gearbox design, not to mention the fact that it is a whole new gun.

Isn't it OEM by VFC?

No idea, haven't seen anything about it other than a pre-release review on Arnies and a few leaked pics several months ago. FYI, I'm talking about the Robinson XCR.
