I am trying to find a gun to replace my Jg g36c i was thinking about the classic Army Scar sportline. My budget is 200$ and I am looking for the scar/ m4 look and feel and internals that are good and last a long time.

I would stay away from Classic Army sportlines. The internals are rather bad on them. If you're looking for a scar, I would check the sale forum here, I believe someone is selling a G&G Scar.

As for an M4, you have many more options for $200. Perhaps a G&G Combat Machine, or a Dboys or AGM gun would suit your needs.

You can easily find them used in good condition for much less.

Yes, it is. G&G makes good scars. And that one has already been a little upgraded.

G&G is one of the few Scar models I haven't worked on... But the internet as a whole seems to like them. I like the other G&G guns I own or have worked on, so it's probably pretty solid.

I may have lucked out, but, I've had 2 Echo1/Dboys Scars (they're the same gun) (not the same as the G&G, just Echo1 and Dboys are the same) for a while now, and one of the gearboxes went untouched for almost 4 years. And even when I finally took it apart, it was just to upgrade it; it was still working fine. The other gearbox I upgraded as soon as I bought it.
