OP: Biohazard

Post by Achilles1 » Sun Jul 21, 2013 8:32 pm

Must say that I did like the way the field looked like Vietnam in the woods, and I loved the D-day setup.
Pros:
Had a good time
Did pretty good in the zombie game
The zombie game had a really cool feel to it
Finally didn't get shot in the head by Dom!!!! I count that as a win :)

Cons:
Bravo got absolutely raped the first four games because kids didn't want to get shot and wouldn't listen to instruction! >:(
We had the field reserved all day, but paintballers still got to play (Was not Ron or Cleric's fault, the field owner decided to do this)
Mass confusion with the Zombie's (Can't shoot until they put there arms up, They turned invincible, and it was a little to setup instead of letting the zombies roam, and make an occasional horde)
People left when they got changed!!!! that really pissed me off!!!!
People complained when they got shot and it hurt. It hurts, shut up about it. Kyle got his arm torn up and never complained about it once. You will live!

THank you all for coming to the new field and having a great time.

Pros:
Great turnout. alot of new players commented about the other players and the aosc.
Field. We worked hard on the field, and the funny thing is. That was only a small setup, the next time will be bigger and better with more buildings.
Hit calling. TO my knowledge, no one complained about it.

Cons:
RAge quitters. Turned to a zombie, they leave. Seriously........
Zombie confusion. We will work on that, promise
boundaries. It is a paintball field, so they don't use woods like we do, we are going to mark off the boundaries in the woods soon. Even I got confused on what 30 ft was, especially after i found a clear nature trail. It was like touring the vietnam side as a battle waged on. lol

Overall:
I had a great time, saw my friends and got to be a zombie and scare ppl. I will wear long sleeve for the next one when I turn. smaller welt so my gf won't freak out so much next time.

Happy shooting

This question (http://www.southcarolinaairsoft.com/php ... =45#p87467) reminded me to do some venting about mixing alpha and bravo colors. Numerous people had bravo tops and alpha bottoms and vice versa. I can understand new and first time players making this mistake, but a number of them have been playing long enough that I think they should know better.

I found the large spiders in the woods very interesting. The webs were yellow instead of white. I like spiders and felt a little bad when I walked through their webs and destroyed them. It probably takes them a good bit of time, energy, and resources to make the webs. What can I say, I love nature.

I would go into the woods to flank some of you guys who were sitting on the edge of the woods, and proceed to battle mosquitoes and spiders until I would just rage quit and go back out to the field.

A good airsoft game and spiders that are only found on the coast? Does life get much better than that? I think not!! I will have to make it to a swamp game sometime mostly just to collect a few banana spiders. I only have one in my collection. :'(

Spiders are satan with 8 legs. They are also the reason I refuse to ever go in the woods at that field again.

the night game was the worst as far as the spiders goes. it was pitch black while I was creeping around through the woods to flank the village, so I couldn't turn my light on. Ran into I don't know how many of these f***ers. now that I think about it, maybe im glad I couldn't see what was crawling on me, cause then I definitely would have given away my position by running out of the woods screaming like a little girl. My gun was covered in cobb webs by the time I finished the game. Gives me the creeps just thinking about it.
