First Fulda for me and had a blast!

Had a great time hanging and running with SWC and SS Airsoft. Awesome bunch of people. Good seeing some of the GA and NC players that I haven't seen in a while. And as always good to see the SC brethren.

Good game, food and friends!

Well folks... I am sick as a dog after Fulda. But it was well worth it!!!

I'll make this short and sweet because I just do not have the energy to type anything. But thanks to Karma, Ajax, Aircross, Grave and other for making this a great event. My AARP members from here in GA had a great time. It was hard fighting all of Saturday over OP Alpha and Rex but we did it without complaint. Sunday we got to go hunting which is more our style and had even more fun. It was a great time getting to see people we know on both sides of the field. I hope we get to see you SC boys in the near future. As for now, I have a bed calling my name so I need to sign off!

Thanks again!

You know you had a great weekend of airsoft when you have to replace or repair multiple things in your gearbox

Yeah, the M60 finally went down... or at least it sounds crappy enough to preemptively open it and replace whatever is about to fail.

WP had pre-positioned my tank and the Task Force 16 one ("Alice") from the 39th Guards with the East Germans for a daring right hook on Saturday morning, we'd personally been sitting in our starting location for about 30 minutes (long enough that I had to get out and pee) when the game finally started, didn't want our allies to be waiting on us. We took the "red arrow" route shown on SlickRidley's map (while Alice took the green one) in support of the infantry and very quickly had overwhelmed the few defenders at Duckett, didn't encounter any real opposition until we reached the 'B4' bridge at K8, which had been mined, halting our advance. "Alice" sacrificed herself to drive over the Nato mines and we then attacked the cabins around L8, but then were RPG-ed. It was a solid plan and well executed.

Infantry could step on the mines and "blow" themselves up, but only someone with an AT card could move them.
