The hard-type firefly bucking is designed for higher FPS guns (i.e. do not use if your FPS is BELOW 450 or so).  I use a hard type on my VSR-10 (chronos above 550 fps), and I only have to put the bucking at about 10-20%.  Any higher and I could turn the gun on it's side and curve shots around corners.  Trust me, it can handle the fps.

RedWolf is in Hong Kong, so shipping will get expensive quick if you buy anything more than a couple pounds.  On the other hand, they have lots of harder-to-find parts (I got a Deep Fire version 2 piston with titanium teeth last week) and are easier to work with than places like uncompany and dentrinity (where you have to ask for a quote instead of buying right away).
