As for the quality, I ran it for a good while on stock internals with an M120 and it had no wear. This is after I shimmed it, cleaned it, and lubed it up well however. For a Chiclone I am impressed.

He needs something more than an 8.4v 1500mah battery, as that won't even power it. You can try my LiPo.

It's shooting about 18 RPS and it has an M100 in it. I've only used it once for a game and that was back in the Spring.
