Ladies and gentlemen....If it aint raining...It aint training. Suck it up and drive on. Just bring extra clothes and defintely extra extra socks to keep from getting trench foot. Plus you have no idea how much of a boost to your inner morale is when you have dry feet.

Campfires yes or no? Stipulations?
They will be allowed in the parking/camping area, but not in the field. I would suggest bringing a portable firepit or something.
Food vendors? Any? If so what meals? Water for sale?
Vendors. How many? What size rounds are they carrying? If you know the vendors please have them join in on this so we can ask them some questions.
There will be several vendors selling airsoft related stuff, as well as food. You should be able to get just about any weight bb you desire
Alchohol allowed on the premise if your not playing the night games and are camping there?
NVG's are allowed right?
Oh yes
Will high powerd flashlights be used durring the night game?
YEP
Is there a place where you can fire your weapon and range it in?
YEP
Are CO's required to keep quiet while moving them. Yeah I know its a mute point because you say he will not be taken...But I have been the commander for a game or two and points were on me but I still had to move a few times(never killed).
They will do as they are told, so if you say shut up they will.

I know these are airsoft guns and not real firearms, but I would say that alcohol + firearms of any sort = bad idea

Edit- after reviewing the rules, i have found i was mislead and there is no such post.

Alchol. Its only in the hands of good and responsible peeps. 21 and older. You will be asked for I.d. so have it with you. I will not hesitate to boot you out of here if I find out.

Actually, there IS a post that bans alcohol from this field, but it's on the SCAA website where GARRETT was first talking about the field.

By the way, in case anybody was curious: I don't think there is a better way to end your week than giving out an exam on Thermodynamics Friday, then kicking ass on Saturday. This approaches my ideal weekend.

Call me strange....

let me clear this up and im not a rep but i do know the field owner personally and garrett probally just let this slip but NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PREMISES . and think about this guys there are alot of minors there i wouldnt let my son attend a game where there are people drinking. ok enough of that on to happier things there will be a photographer attending this game to take pics for us. there will be a donation jar at the registration table so please make a donation in the jar for him. he is retired and this is how he supplements his income. In the gear up in the morning, the photographer will be wondering about and can take squad pix of individual groups to include in the Pix DVD. If you have an insignia or symbol you would like in the photo, he will take that too. DVD's of the game will be available for purchase. ALL shots of the game will be on the DVDs Depending on the amount of shots taken, the DVD will be sold as a complete set: up to 3 DVD's for $15.00 per set. Contact information and email contact infor is as follows: Walkersfotos@gmail.com. Include your name, email and home address and how many sets you want. The photographer will contact you with billing information.
he will be taking a couple of thousand shots throughout the day so it will be well worth the price. some of the pics will be posted on the forums but it will be up to one of our reps how many get post because of bandwidth space. the photographers name is David and he is a really nice guy one thing that he asks is that you don't shot at him he has very expensive equipment and doesn't want it to be broken. he will be wearing a orange safety vest so he will be easily recognizable. if any one was at op 24 I he was at that game and you might remember him
