No Alpha Co?? really.. someone step up, I know someone is out there.. even whenI did the CO thing, plenty of people were planning like they were Co's, where are those guys??

Leading a whole team is probably intimidating a bunch of people, unlike gathering 6 or so guys and coming up with a good plan. And I'm a terrible leader, so no one ask me to do it! I doubt I even qualify to be the leader..

never know till you try. it's not that hard. give your guys stuff to do, and let them know what's goin on throughout the game. just a few things, you learn as you lead.

Seriously, it's not that hard. The only leadership experience I have is IN airsoft. It's not like I'm a Capt. or something in real life. Don't worry about making mistakes, they'll just make for funny stories later.

In addition, to the best of my knowledge, the COs of each side do not have to stay at HQ for the whole day. If you've got a radio, you can stay in contact. Give the pregame brief, and then pull a 3rdOptik and lead your forces from the front!

yeah trig wear the AWSOME air cav hat of leadership....i am tempted but being a 3rd party player is mroe fun!!! no objectives...just shooting!

Thanks Matt, but Poca beat you too it. This is her first time, but she's put quite a gameplan together and is working very hard. Alpha squad leaders, work with her and help her out, and you may control the field at the end of the day
