This is my second game going and can't wait to see everybody there

Should hte hi cappers not be allowed 4 mags?  if you do the math for an m4, 3 hi caps = 900rnds, but 10 midcaps could equal out to around 1300rnds.  mid cappers have an apparent ammo advantage in actual combat.
