Should hte hi cappers not be allowed 4 mags?  if you do the math for an m4, 3 hi caps = 900rnds, but 10 midcaps could equal out to around 1300rnds.  mid cappers have an apparent ammo advantage in actual combat.
Wouldnt matter to me because I carry only 1 hi-cap mag and about 6000 bbs, lol.

Yes, but anyone playing with mids will have to reload 3 times as much.

To answer this you have to remember that all hi caps are not 300 rds only. there are 450rd and 500rd hi caps, depending on what type gun you have. Also remember there are different mid caps 2, 79rd, 100, 190rd. This was the best way to divide them up. Most people have 1 to 3 hi caps, or 8-10 mids. It was set up this way to give players a chance to use whatever mag they wanted, but still have a restriction like you would if this was real life. So yes, one player may have more than the next, but you really have to adjust your play according to what you have.

Ok, is this game happening or not?  On Nobody's introduction post, he mentioned all games at Blue Hole were put on hold.

If it is happening, will there be camping?

yeah thats true.  but tahts why the usual numerical ammo restrictions make more sense.  of course thats on the assumption that people dnt stash mags

Ammo restrictions are at the Game Coordinator's discretion.  These are the limits Diesel has chosen, if you have a problem with them please PM him and do not clutter the game thread.

Garrett should have an answer ont he field by this weekend.

Ammo rules
Only support weapons can use Box mags.
A player can carry 3 hi caps mags or 10 mid caps.
may carry extra ammo, but can only reload at a respwan controlled by your team.
Team must call in for an ammo supply, they will be given a certain amount of ammo from admin.
The team must then decide how to divide up the ammo.
Each player will supply his/her own ammo.
Players can reload all they want at their HQ

How is this going to work?  Are there going to be 50 - 100 different items (labeled for each player supplying their ammo) held by the admin?  Meaning, each player is supplying their own, therefore, ammo should be segregated by player, and by team.

If anyone has a question about the ammo rules, please PM me or call me at 864-616-0048. This is pretty simple. Each player will carry his OWN ammo to reload in the field.

If for some reason it doesnt can we play at Wellford instead of canceling?  I have been trying to get to a game for a while, and this one I got the weekend locked down on.
I was looking forward to BH; would be my first time.
