It has to be registered to your parent or guardian and i wasnt sure of that rule with dnr ranges

Ok whatever doesnt matter the discussion is where you can shoot not how old you ha e to be to do so.

Im sorry i was wrong i was 95% sure you had to be 21 to own a gun unless it was registered to your parents

Just to clear this up:

In South Carolina, you can purchase a handgun from a dealer or individual if you are 21+. If you are 18+, you can purchase a handgun from an individual, but not a dealer.
