The drums/cymbals seem a little overbearing; either that or the guitar isn't prominent enough.

i like it garret but i agree with everyone else to much symbols except on the last crunchy part. you also need some bass guitar on that first part to make it more full

There will be bass in there eventually. I was really asking what you guys thout about the rythem, mixing and mastering will come later after it is finished.

yeah, i would like to hear the mixed part..it does sound like video game menu music...which isnt a bad thing, but thats what itreminds me of
