Most certainly not.  That would mean that one team could win within 20 minutes!  (big waste of money!)

CO kill and/or capture rules will likely be with the other rules, which are coming later.  In the past, COs could be killed then healed by enemy medics for captures for big points and temporary disruption of enemy comms. 

There will likely be an "Anti-Spam-CO-kill" rule which would limit the amount of points a team can get from CO kills, too. 

Don't assume that I got it exactly right, GARRETT does his own thing in his own way.  Try to tell him different and he will piledrive you into ground then laugh in your face.
