i'm using a 9.6v 1600 mah, i don't really want to use anything higher because, after all, it is a g&g. i will be getting some deans connectors sometime soon to keep the connections from burning like tamiyas always do to me.

are the wires a too small gauge? what's wrong? if anyone can help please do so. i really need it.

today i managed to squeeze about 50 rounds out of it before it stopped working, i out it down and about 30 seconds later i notice a weird smell, i immediately look at the battery and the tamiya connectors had melted together, so i quickly disconnected the wires and just let it sit. now i really have...

yes, the connector is a small tamiya, i actually had my charger plug slip out once and i couldn't figure out why it wasnt charging, haha. ok, i checked and the connections are fine in the tamiya plugs.

yea, i don't want to pay for a motor then find out it still doesn't work. and it actually doesn't have a fuse, i was surprised. so i'm planning on putting one in. but i'm pretty sure its something electrical, and i don't know what else it could be besides the motor.

iv tried 3 different batteries with it, two slightly used and one brand new, and still nothing any better.  what kind of motor do you suggest?
