Are you saying it's shooting twice on one trigger pull, or firing two BBs on one shot? If it's firing twice on each pull of the trigger your cutoff lever could be worn. If it's feeding two BBs on each cycle of the gearbox then you are looking more towards a tappet plate/air nozzle movement issue.

A while back they switched to offering coupons for specific deals much like Evike. Can't speak for your situation, but it's probably what happened.

40000 BBs for $50. They aren't super high quality, but from what I've seen they are more than usable. That works out to about $4 for 3000.

The possibilities are, in fact, quite limited. You would not be able to produce a part from homeowner level metal sintering or extruded plastic that would have anywhere near the resolution or smoothness to function well as something like an air nozzle. Parts like that are best reproduced with a lath...
