Minecraft... my multiplayer was always a bit wonky so I always played solo. I'd build some ENORMOUS castles, lairs, and the like and it was always pretty fun, but in the end I couldn't ever shake the feeling of being the only intelligent being in a quasi-infinite world... so lonely... so, so lonely....
