what kind of connectors? and where could i get them.

on my old gearbox there isn't any thing on the wires. the wires are just continuous through the gearbox.

So i just bought a complete gearbox and i am a bit confused on how to get the wires connected to a battery. http://www.evike.com/images/large/Gearbox_DB15_lg.jpg this is my first time buying a complete gearbox and i am just wondering how the heck these connectors are supposed to connect to a battery.
