Thanks Doublewolf! I will try to shim my LPEG first so I'll have at least a little bit of experience and don't completely kill my new gun.

For Christmas I got an Umarex g-36x. Compared to my other guns (a cheap spring gun and an LPEG) my new gun is wonderful, but I can tell the gearbox needs to be shimmed. I was wondering if I should (or even could) shim the gearbox. Thank you.
