gatoraide makes this new stuff called pre-game fuel....i had soap take it before his baseball games(when it was available)....we also each downed a pouch before domino...not bad to take before u hit the field for a $150, then drink water. also i used this cooldanna thing which was agodsend...getting more...i also used this when i had ot man a  huge charcoal grill on fathersday at work, stayed nice and cool...and drank water.
also no one will think u are a wuss if you drop out becuase you are overheating..dress appropriately...those pc's hold in ALOT of heat...
