Unusual mag pouch

I don't think this should be in the wtb section because I really just want to know if it exists.

I was wondering if there was a m4 mag pouch that holds 8 across with elastic to have it doubled for a total of 16 magazines? Kind of like the front of a wasatch, but with Molle. If not, wasn't there a dude that makes custom gear on the forum?

I'd like to have something like that to take to afghanistan.

Severed makes custom gear, as does Matthews on the NCAO. What you are describing could be easily created from existing products though. Get a simple chest rig that has enough MOLLE for 8 mag pouches, then put BFG Tenspeed elastic pouches across those.

Yeah, but I would like it to be one piece. I like those ten speed pouches, but I may not be able to get away with those. It can't look too thrown together, it needs a solid Molle across the front.

What body armor are you using? IBA? IOTV? Or a new plate carrier? Or are you putting it on the front of a MOLLE vest that you wear over that?

It's the newest pc the army is issuing, can't recall the exact name. I'll just put a couple grenade pouches on the front, or whatever I find. Basically, I'm turning my pc into a wasatch without upsetting any of the higher ups. I just like that setup, and hate the shingles we're issued.
