Mesh ear covers

I want these ear covers. Anyone know where I can buy some or if they are on the market yet? Of course I could make my own, but I am too lazy at the moment.

I already have a lower mesh mask with integrated ear covers. I'm looking for a stand alone system for ear protection. The mesh masks with the ear protection integrated don't fit as well and are not as low profile as a "non ear protecting" mesh lower + separate ear protection.
