Why no Thunder B? Do they allow Tornado's with GG?

They have rules about where you can load your grenades, so I'd assume they allow them; although, isn't green gas just canned propane with some silicone in it?

Dom: you know how load thunder b s are. With the tightness, and new players, it is "to loud" for open play. I do use them when we are opforce for pd and military training days.
Tornado s are fine only in bb mode with green gas. Same reason for no go with sound mode.

Doublewolf: All deployable weapons must be in the locker area. Yes, grenades must be loaded in there as well. Like always, one person does mess it up for all.
Yes, green gas is propane with silicon mixed in it. The silicon helps lower the fps of the propane to manageable fps, but the prime reason is in normal propane the manufacters add the sulfur odor, for leak detection. Those that are prone to respitory (sp) issues, can have medical issues, if inhale Colemen propane.

There are many things that I would and have tried to change, but during the owner and my discussion, he has brought up good points for all of them.

As always, I will answer the questions that you have and continue to help make Airsoft get bigger and better for all. One thing that most have not understood is that we all have been newbies, so with this place we can work on honor and integrity of our future players. Places like this have there rules and flaws, but it is where most are introduced and start to develop as great players.

The addition of silicon oil should not change the FPS, since it doesn't actually react with the gas, it does not change any of its properties (Boyle's law, etc.). Seeing as both are the exact same gas (HD-5 Propane; C3H8 with less than 5% propene impurity) except that one has silicon already added and one has Ethanethiol (Ethyl Mercaptan) added. It is possible that the small amount of Ethanethiol could have that effect, but I highly doubt it.

I see what you mean about the smell though, considering it's all enclosed that could become pretty unpleasant. (My wife loves it when I test a gas gun in the house ;D)
