They don't make any sense to me. Airsoft realism is all about making guns feel more realistic by giving them more recoil. The KRISS is all about reducing recoil as much as possible. Seems like they are heading in opposite directions.

The GBB version has a fraction of the recoil of a real one..AEGs are way moar better than GBB guns anyway.

Well, KWAs aren't all that great, at least their latest models. Judging their M4s, the gear axles are off spec, the air nozzle is proprietary and kind of a waste. Leaking is rather common with them. The piston heads have no vents, which can lead to compression issues and can cause damage to your piston. The 9mm bearings are weak, and don't like upgrades, some don't even like the stock configuration. The gearbox shell is proprietary, and isn't indestructible like it's supposed to be, they still crack. For what they are, and how much they cost, they aren't worth the money. I imagine an AEG Kriss being the same way, but you won't really need to worry about doing much upgrading. Unlikely that people will really be pushing these guns hard, if they are AEGs. Those small mags won't feed well, and something with a super high rate of fire (50rps+) won't feed very well. Like normal KWAs, it'd be something better left stock with just a few tuning bits.

If the GBB Kriss was NONblowback it would be stupidly reliable and extremely gas efficient. It may very well be reliable, but still...
