Hey now sir, that kind of logic is obviously frowned upon. Now go to NC or Ga or any of the other 47 states (And outlying territories, countries, or nations) and have your own midcap only awesome sauce game.Echo1 Operator wrote:how about a game without newbs using high caps.

Most states have about the same percentage of players willing and able to participate in more rigorous MilSim/RealMil games. Both GA and NC have at least 6 times as many active airsofters as SC does, possibly more. Ergo, 6 times as many of those players. Whereas; when we have tried to have these sorts of games, 30 people have showed up; when they do it, they have enough for an actual OP. 15 vs 15, midcaps or no, isn't enough for a real MilSim/RealMil.
How about instead of lamenting or deriding our small player population in this state (having the same percentage as any other that are 'noobz wit teh hicapz') which is the primary factor precluding these sorts of games; we try to grow it to the point that those sorts of games are practical? (our smaller state population [less than half of both GA and NC] and per capita income [somewhat lower, and less urbanized] notwithstanding, naturally) Ah, but that would take effort now, wouldn't it?

Re: Possible Game Scenario
you can buy a box of midcaps for the price of a couple newbcaps. they are even cheaper used. there isn't any excuse to not use them unless there aren't any for your particular gun.
Re: Possible Game Scenario
Midcaps =/= MilSim
