An assault rifle is not a sniper rifle and vice versa. You're probably thinking more along the lines of a DMR. If that is the case, your best options are long guns like the M16, SR25, G3, AUG, etc.
Can you go in to a little more detail about what you want?

EDIT: Steevo beat me to it...
There is no such thing. You can have one or the other, but you can't have both in the same gun. Technically, I think the word you're searching for is "DMR". A sniper rifle is single-shot only, whereas a DMR can fire in semi-auto.
An assault rifle (in airsoft) fires under 400fps, which allows you to use full-auto. A DMR is any gun that fires over 400fps. DMR's are limited to semi-auto fire only. Simply having a gun that shoots over 400 doesn't give you a competent DMR, though, hop-up and barrel upgrades are necessary for any very impressive performance.
Really any gun can become a DMR, though barrel length has some influence on accuracy. For best results, you need to have at least a 363mm barrel like an M4 has, but the longer the barrel the better.

This is incorrect MCG. While almost all sniper rifles in the past have been bolt action there are quite a few semi automatic sniper rifles on the market today.

What would those be, Jason? My understanding of the rules has always been that any gun that is over 400fps with a .2 and is capable of firing in semi-auto is a DMR.
Unless you're referring to real-steel...

They have semi auto sniper systems...M110,M21 and the M107 It's really how they are used I've seen M24s be used as a DMR and M14s used as sniper rifles but a DMR is used within the squad if they have a long rifle but are staying with the squad while maneuvering DM but if they operate independently or in small teams that's more the snipers. Now that's rs/rl stuff but in airsoft. The TM m14 has a great hop up giving it potential I've owned two and loved them that would be my choice.

Well, I have seen multiple Barrett's that are semi auto. Real Sword's Dragonov is semi auto. Ares also makes a semi auto sniper rifle.

I think MCG was talking about within the SC FPS rules, snipers are single shot.

nitpickin.....
sounds like u just want to havea nice accurate assualt rifle. keep it under 400fps if u want to go to "FULL FUN MODE", over 400+ u will be limited to semi.
best of both worlds would be a m14. and fps isnt everything, our tm stock 300 fps psg1 can toss a bb out pretty far. is all about the hopup/barrell.

Bush, if someone gets a Dragonov or a Barrett's it will be a sniper rifle regardless of the fact that is isn't a bolt action rifle.

How exactly will that work, Jason? I may be missing something, but in airsoft, a Barrett functions exactly like an M4. Version 2 gearbox, semi and full auto capability, etc.
I'm not sure if the SVD can fire in full-auto or not, so I can't speak in relation to that. I'm not trying to be a dick, but it seems like at least the M82 would have to be governed by the current DMR rules, since it has the ability to fire in full-auto, unlike a bolt-action.

not sure if anyone knows but the Barrett "sniper" COULD act as a feckin assault rife (it only shoots 380-390) However, anyone dedicated enough to sniping to buy one will probably use it on semi only. Anyway.....

The SVD does not have full auto....semi only

If someone sets up a Barrett's to fire over 400 fps, then obviously they would not be allowed to fire on FA.
