I have witnessed this type of thing first hand, though it was unintentional. Back around 1984-86, my friends and I used to have BB gun (steel or copper bb's) fights. Sometimes we wore glasses/goggles, and sometimes we did not. My friend got shot about an inch below the eye. The bb went in him, and he popped it out similar to the first bb in the video. It looked like he was popping a huge zit 
Help control the population. Spay and neuter your humans.
