Magazine discussion
Alrighty folks, this thread's sole purpose is to discussthe advantages/disadvantages of magazine types.
And for just saying what kind of mag is your favorite.
I personally love mid-caps because they hold a good bit of ammo but do not rattle and are semi-milsim.

Re: Magazine discussion
Mids are definitely good for me.
I carry 8 mids and 1 high cap for back up. I rarely use that high cap.
I am planning to get more soon.

I predict a 10-page mud-slinging contest which will have no real result.
But...
Midcaps all the way. I run 7x 80rnd mids at the moment (6 in vest, 1 in rifle).

Re: Magazine discussion
Usually run 4-mids/low and 2 highcaps each. Or if it's a small game on our land we just use 4-mids each.

Re: Magazine discussion
I run 3 or 4 hicaps. I want to buy some mids though. I had one but I loaded it too much and it broke. lol.
Re: Magazine discussion
I have both hi-caps and micaps for all my gun(except my M14). I prefer midcaps, because I hate winding and the rattling that goes with midcaps, but I have to say it is nice to just to carry a couple of extra mags when it's 95 down here in the summer. I also have a drum mag for my RPK that is awesome. My new summer favorite.
For my AK and M4's I will primarily be using midcaps from now on. I will keep my hi-caps for when I am feeling lazy though.
