AOSC Logo

Hey,

Does anyone want me to take a crack at making an AOSC logo for things like banners and website stuff? Maybe even some patches down the road for major AOSC ops?

Yes, show us what you got! A circular emblem would be best, and later on we can mass order embroidered patches. Also, bear in mind what colorscheme would be best to be worn on all camo types.

I was actually going to work on that tonight... I'd be happy to see what you can cook up, though. Do you have any vector software? You probably know this already, but for things like logos and patches, vectors are the best way to go (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, etc).

I think making a few logos would be best.  That way everyone can critique to make them better, then we could vote on the best one.

I like Garretts very much.  Tanker and Garrett have already done designs similar to Slates.  I say let everyone get their own patch.  It will show our independent spirit.

As far as patches go, I'm going to make mine like this. I'd avoid circular ones that have the palmetto tree on them. Don't want to look like the NG

By the way, I didn't mean for these to only be in patch form, but things to put on AOSC Waivers, Website banners, "Official" E-mails, Scenario Briefs, etc.
