Well, either they are creating a revolutionist style army, and have A LOT of recruiting to do.  Or they simply made their own ranking system.  Which is, of course, perfectly fine.

Yerp. I think they do plan on some serious recruiting. I wouldn't jump to making ranks so soon, keep the ranks unofficial until you find 3-4 more players that want to join your team. Then you can start organizing your team. and I don't know if you already plan on doing this but don't give rank according to who joins first; if you are serious about a team you need to see who has more experience and such. I.e.: don't put your someone new to airsoft incharge of a fire squad just because he joined first, instead put someone who has already had experience with this sort of stuff in charge. Keep yourselves in command, obviously, because it is your team but when it comes to the other squads in your team, choose wisely.

That's just my opinion on this.

I probably strayed off topic...

Anyways..in I joined aosc when my brothers friend matt(felix) took me to the anniversary game. Before this, I was just used to running around in woods and fields with some friends. Only 3 of us took it some what serious(if I phrased that properly)...I was not expecting the kind gameplay in the aosc.
I'm 15, and believe me, it is much easier to join an existing team when you first start out in AOSC than try to make your own; it gives you a sense of what you need to do to make your own.

...again, I probably strayed off topic since this seens to be a recruiting thread...oops :p

Excuse me if you have already posted this but what is the name if your team?
