Now i know you all are familiar with youtube and some with scoutthedoogie who has loads of airsoft videos shot in the UK. But i was just watching a video and i saw something that was pretty neat that they did. If you watch the video below at 2:50 a guy gets hit and calls his hit but instead of touching him to heal him they tie a white strip of cloth on his wrist to show he was revived and his first hit. Its just a suggestion if but i thought it was neat.

I say it's a good idea cause then you don't have to worry so much about how many times have this one person been healed.

And also medics cant shoot while their healing them so it also purposes as another rule of no firing while healing someone.

I am seeing no cons to this really yet. So it's looking pretty promising. Only way to see if it is truly worth it is to try it out.

You could also use medical tape. This could come in handy for the GA SC game, because there will only be 1 medic for every five players.

The only way to abuse our current system is to not tell the medic how many times you've been healed. There's nothing to stop you from doing the same thing here.

This has been tried and to be honest the tape just falls off in the summer when everyone is sweating. As Steevo said, the current systems has worked fine as long as players are honorable. I haven't seen problems with people not going back to respawns after their 3rd hit.

I liked the idea because it seems more involved that just holding your hands on someone for 30 seconds, it feels like your actually patching someone up.

But I see your point Steevo

yea i have played in a game before where you had to tie a string in 3 knots to heal someone and it was fun and added a little realism but as the old adage says if it anit broke dont fix it

I tried this a while ago, didn't quite work. I wonder, do you guys still play with my medic rules? Headshot is dead unless helmet, body dead unless Plate carrier, etc.. ?

I havent been in a while but im pretty sure if you look at game rules its whatever it hits i.e. gun shirt helmet or backpack its a hit. Go check game rules. But in milslim its different. I'm not quite sure what it is but i think headshots and chest are kills and arm and leg you cant use.
