Yesterday I made a smoke bomb with my friend and it worked surprisingly well . You can finf =d all these things at lowes or wallmart
I used 120 grams of potassium nitrate,(can find at lowes as stump remover) 80 grams of sugar, 6 large teaspoons of organic powder dye, and 2 spoonfuls of baking soda(this is doubled recipe)

I mixed the sugar and potassium nitrate together until it was caramalized and then mixed in the baking soda
After that I put the mixture in a toilet paper roll and pressed a pen down in it. I let it set for an hour then put a fuse in it with a cotton ball or two, covered it in duct tape then lit it it work surprisingly better than I thought it was going to be and coverd ALOT of space with smoke . Don't be worried if your mix doesn't exactly look like the one in the video it will still be okay.

Here is the link to the video I used to create this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlKcweVYQ-Y

I used to make smokes like this with a friend when I lived up north. They most certainly work, and usually very well, but they are hot burning. They would be very dangerous in the woods, and are not allowed at any major field.

Since these burn so hot, could you contain it in a tube of PVC or like a metal tube to keep the flames at bay or would that just melt the PVC?

It doesn't matter if it's contained or not, it would still not be allowed.

That's what I figured. I don't use smoke anyways.

Let me put it this way.

Hot burning smoke = dangerous. Hot burning smoke = fires EVERY time they're allowed. Heck, FIRECRACKERS cause fires almost every time they're allowed. Therefore, hot burning smokes cause fires. Causing fires is stupid. Hot burning smokes, therefore, must be stupid.

Blue Hole is rather disorganized when it comes to regulations. No AJAX game will allow pyro by anyone other than game admins; since we're running the next Blue Hole game, no pyro of ANY sort is allowed. If you have ThunderBs or Tornado grenades go for it, but don't even bother bringing a hot burning smoke bomb along.

Smoke works both ways
If someone throws smoke, shoot into the smoke. I normally hate spray and pray but it's tactically sound in this case.
Take note of which way the wind is blowing before throwing

The normal sized pull ring cold smokes with a couple wraps of tape on them will fit inside of a m79 tube and will fly a good 75yds when shot with the large m203 round made for
paintballs.

JCold smokes aren't cold at all
Best smoke I've used was a marine (boat) distress signal. Large like. Fosters beer can but burned for nearly 5 mins and smoke was THICK like your moms booty and again like yourmoms booty there was sooo muh of it. It also stunk (like her booty) and you couldn't breath when you were in it...damn! Just like your moms booty! You should really just bring your mom to the next game.
