Georgia vs. South Carolina Border War

I was at an out-of-state game in Bowman back on Dec-9-11 called Op: Frostbite, a 24hr game. I asked the owner of the field and the game refs, who run Airdog Airsoft in Georgia, when the next game will be. They said it will be the Georgia-South Carolina game around February or March. I'm not sure if this is true, but I do know that Airdog Airsoft held the last Georgia-South Carolina game, Op: Delimination. If you guys have heard anything about this please let me know. The reason for concern is that the owner of the field and the game refs said that field that I played on, a 165 acre field with multiple choke points and hilltops, will host the GA-SC game, a field that may be too small for a game that big. Comments much appreciated.

Unless you are talking about a completely different game that was not mentioned on the forum and that Diesel, Gam and Steevo didn't tell me about, then you're wrong. The last SC vs GA game was TDC, The Delimitation Conflict, Garrett was the host and Diesel and I admin'd that game at the Airfarm. GA is supposed to host the next rendition of TDC/GA:SC though, but if it is in the Feb-Mar time frame they need to get it posted.

If CDWD can host a 650 person game on 60 acres I think 160 acres is more than enough for a GA vs SC game. And Sev is correct. The AOSC is the only organization that has put on a SC vs GA game.

Ok, then if it can host 797, then it can easily host 150. Your post makes no sense.

yes it makes sense because i said MORE. you said that 650 people came to cdwc. then I corected you saying it was797 people. Then Steevols said does it matter. I said yes because it shows that you can fit 150 More people on to a 60 acre feild. It makes sense because it means you can fit 150 more people then you originally said on to the feild.

I think you overestimate the will of SC to travel...

Airdog Airsoft.. did they play at TDC? I remember SS and a few others.

Felix, Yea Airdog was at TDC.

The original post indicated Marpats concern that 165 acres would not hold the combined forces of SC and GA. It was pointed out that CDWC is considerably smaller and held considerably more plaers than what could be expected to show up for TDC II. If 797 people were there then logically 650 were there making up that 797 and a 60acre field had no problem supporting that number. If atl's main objective was to argue the accurate number of participants at Fulda, in a thread about TDC II, then bravo sir, objective complete!

160whatever acres will be plent.
